Abstract

Purpose

This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies.

Design/methodology/approach

Findings

A Chinese study revealed that mentoring had a significant positive impact on protégé career satisfaction. Additionally, the role clarity and positive affect of protégés played dual-mediating effects between mentoring and protégé career satisfaction.
